Hi,

Thanks for replying, Harun.

But I don't understand that.
It doesn't matter what I type, but if I supply
a wrong parameter to xfterm4 xfce4 exits.

For example typing
bash-2.05b$ xfterm4 blabla
in the xfterm4-console will take me immediatly to
gdm-login screen.

Typing
bash-2.05b$ xterm blabla
just prints the common error/help screen. So this is okay.
But if xfterm4 calls xterm, why does it behave so strange
on wrong parameters?

> %bash-2.05b$ strace -o xfterm4-trace xfterm4 blblabla
This surprisingly works as it should and does not stop xfce4.

But if this is only a problem on my system it doesn't matter,
I could just stop typing bad arguments ;-)
