New CVS layout

Hey all,

The new CVS is up and running and seems to be working fine. There's no
anonymous access yet. ViewCVS is up and running though:

http://cvs.xfce.org/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/?cvsroot=Xfce

I have just changed the layout of the CVS repository. It was remarkably
easy, now that we have access to the server ;-)

Changes:

* mv xfce-stable xfce3

* mv xfce-devel xfce4

* mv xfce4-extras/* xfce4/ 

All tags and branches are preserved!

It's probably easiest to do a new checkout.
