[ANN] xfce4-notes-0.9 - plugin for panel

Ok, thanx for the feedback. It's quite hard to find all the bugs by  
yourself and if one would the program would probably never get  
released.... I'll get to work on the important issues as well as some  
suggestions mentioned in the thread. Thanx again.
