After installing the theme maker, you should get an extra button on the
launcher's "change item" dialog. It will fire up xffm_theme_maker and
you can dnd the icon to the entry box for the "other icon" path. 

This is probably not the best way (but good to begin testing). I was
thinking of splitting the gui of the theme maker into a module so that
the "write mime file" and "quit" buttons could be changed for "Accept"
and "cancel" and if "accept" is pressed the entry box could be updated
with the selected icon.
