l10n bug ?

Hi everyone,

You know that im running cvs version, and i found a small bug in panel
tooltip (may be localization but the po file is ok.). Local character in
XFce Clock isnt shown. for example the tooltip must be "Persembe, 20
Kasim 2003" os something like this but only "Per" is shown (above -s-
is turkish character used for -sh- :))
