panel outohide bug

Heh :) sorry for my english, there are some words lost cause i have some
personal problems today. OK, back to my personal bug :) The situation
that i mentioned is: when i try to access my panel it becomes visible
for about 0.5 secs and its going to be hidden as im not on panel but my
mouse cursor is still on panel ...

im not fetching the cvs tree and recompile on mdk 9.2cooker
