[ANN] Clipman plugin 0.3 is out

Hello!

I've just commit the last version of clipman plugin featuring:

- Drag and Drop paste (a courtesy of Andre Lerche)
- Items are in stack order
- Warning fixed in resizing function
- Bug fixed (see changelog for more details).
