xfrun and combo module

Hi everybody,

  I've just updated xfrun (HEAD) to use the xffm combo module. Changes
are subject to the following conditions:
1- if during compilation dbh is not found to be installed, nothing is
changed from previous xfrun code.
2- if dbh is installed, xfrun will try to load the xffm combo module. If
this fails, the previous xfrun code is used.

Also, the combo module had a small bug in the compare routine which
somebody reported and was indeed a bug (the last selected entry should
be at top, followed by frecuency order). This is fixed in 4.0 and 4.1.
