Announce: xfce4-extras/xfce4-mixer: Internal Mixer Window

Hi!

I've kludged together a small internal mixer window for use when
clicking on the mixer panel plugin. To enable it, leave "command" empty
in the properties of the mixer panel plugin then click on it.

Yes, I know that it doesnt look fancy and yes I know it should be
configureable for each control if it is to be shown or not, but its a
start, ne? ;)

Please test it ^^
