The Xfce4 launch scripts have a feature to set the xft (anti-aliased fonts) dpi. You should either set this in the KDE launch method or unset it in the Xfce4 init scripts. Where these scripts are depends on your configuration. On mine, I have an ~/.xinitrc script as well as a startxfce script. To remove it, simply place the # remark symbol at the front of the line.
