xfce4 run in terminal feature

Hi,

In the mail checking panel, when i click on it to open
pine, just a new terminal is started. What is the
command executed when it is clicked? Since i changed
my xfterm4 script, the exact command used by xfce4 to
invoke xfterm4 will be useful. Iam assuming that it
uses something like the xterm -e <program_name>
concept. Also there was a feature in xfce3 to show the
output of an x windows program going to the stdout, in
a dialog box. Is this feature being continued in xfce4
