[i18n]Some catalan translations

Hello;

I've started the translation to catalan of the po files, I 
think nobody was working in it.

These are my fisrt translation and I hope they are ok, the 
files are in utf-8.

I used the debian packages to test the packages (cvs 20030421) 
and when I tried to test the translation of xfdesktop it 
dosn't work (the strings with accents are empty) if I don't 
override the LC_ALL variable (ussually LC_ALL=ca_ES at euro) with 
ca_ES.utf-8; I don't have this problem testing the 
translations with xffm. I don't know if the probles have been 
resolved in new versions or if it's a problem with my LC_ALL.
