XFce 4 website update

Hi all.

I've updated the website project for XFce 4 :

1/ xfce4-extras components are now on a separated page
2/ the website is also avaible in french BUT it is aimed for testing
purpose only; please do *not* start translations (yes, belus, I've 
read your message :) ) since most part of the current content may have
to be rewritten.
