libtool version and build problems on mips/mipsel

Hi Benny,

The libttol version you put doesn't compile for me :

mv -f ltconfig.T ltconfig || \
(rm -f ltconfig && cp ltconfig.T ltconfig && rm -f ltconfig.T)
