Humm... The version has *not* been downgraded.

If you check on CVS log here :

http://cvs.sourceforge.net/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/xfce/xfce-devel/libxfcegui4/configure.ac.diff?r1=1.11&r2=1.12

You'll see that I changed 0.0.21 with 0.0.22

I wouldn't call that a "downgrade"
