xfwm: activating windows ;)

Danny,

I've changed the way it works, now you won't see it anymore. It feels
faster although I'm sure it's not any faster :)

I hope that doesn't introduce any problem. I'll run my "burning tests"
again to see if that cause any trouble. Anyway, it's in CVS.
