xffm fstab fix for Solaris and FSBD-5.0

hi edscott,

sorry for bugging you, in fstab.c:392, setmntent is
used which is not available on solaris. Also
getmntent's prototype is int getmntent(FILE *fp,
struct mnttab *mp); whereas it is used as
mnt_struct=getmntent(fstab_fd). what could be the
workaround?
