I'll have a look, but making a requirement on gtk+-2.2 only for
libxfcegui4, more precisely just the systray is definitely the way to go
(at least we managed to avoid such a requirement until now and I don't
see why we would introduce it now).
A lot of ppl still run RH 8.0 that ships with gtk+-2.0, upgrading to
gtk+-2.2 breaks gnome (due to a bug in libgnomeui-2.0)
