choose icon for applications in iconbox

Hello, list,

I just begin to use xfce-iconbox, and I love it. But I not satified on
the way it display the minimized programs: for some programs (mozilla and
gaim), iconbox show nice icons, while for others(emacs and xterm),
only the default wheel icon was shown in the iconbox.

So my question is : how can I configure xfce-iconbox to choose icons
for different programs?
