We could merge the work. I zapped a lot of stuff I was too lazy to
undeprecate (like pixmaps in the dialogs). Why don't you upload your
changes to the CVS? I'm sure you probably did a better job than I. The
only real important instruction I undeprecated was "gtk_widget_draw()".
