xffm: shrink and enlarge icon

Basically useful for enlarging preview of image files, like .jpg, .png,
etc. You may have noticed that it is a characteristic that is
inheritable, i.e., if you have a directory full of images, and want to
set a larger or smaller size, then resize the folder before opening it.
