libxfce4util requirements

The configure script for libxfce4util checks for glib 2.2.0 or better,
however if that is overridden it is still able to build and link with
2.0. Is there a known run time issue with using 2.0 or should the check
be downgraded to 2.0? (I'm still rebuilding the rest of the latest
checkout).
