Changing colors?

I've installed xfce4 from the "unstable" Debian packages; it all seems to be
working well, except for one thing:

I don't see any way to set colors!

I can change the screen background and window styles, but I don't see
anything that lets me change colors, like I could in xcfe3. I'm just looking
for that arcane little 8-color dialog box.

Am I forced to edit ~/.gtkrc? For xfce4, I'm not sure that's the appropriate
file...

...or am I missing somethign bloody obvious? ;)
