xfwm4 changes

Hi all,

I've now committed the changes I've done on xfwm4 for the past 3 or 4
days of intensive work (really, that was intensive, thus the bad mood :)

Hopefully, you should not see much change from a user point of view,
except maybe faster operations and less (if any) bugs in window stacking
management.
