libs/.deps missing in current xffm

The current CVS of xffm is missing either the libs/.deps directory or the
proper means of automatically generating it. (I'm not sure which should
happen, as a quick-dirty fix to allow it to build I've just copied the dir
from a copy of an earlier download).
