X server change bug?

Hi, everyone!
I've got this issue when I open a new X session, and then return to the first
one: no app will start. I get this msg "xterm Xt error: Can't open display:
:0" for the term, but the rest just don't start. Is it a
XFce4 bug, or a X bug, or a X Files bug?
