iconbox (xfibx)

hello list,

it took a long time to make my iconbox usable and let it fit in the xfce style.
i think everything that should be done is done now.

so i build a ready to compile tar.gz (thanx to jasper for his help with the 
autogen script).

please look at it an tell me wether it is ready to use with xfce4 or not.
