dbh cvs

Hi Edscott,

I hope I did not break anything. I tried to update the autogen.sh script
for dbh using the one that ship with xfce4 libs.

Actually, what's puzzling me is why does the build process does :

"cd .. && /bin/sh /usr/src/dbh_1.0/missing --run autoheader"

every time...

I have the same problem with gtk-xfce-engine and I can't seem to be able
to avoid this. The problem is that it prevents the build on some
platforms (at least one I use)
