usability in panel and xffm: pre-selected texts

I saw now there's a inconsitency: The dialog to add a new icon on the
panel does not pre-select anything but the (similar-looking) dialog to
add a menu entry in a panel-submenu.
Because the dialogs are very similar I don't think that it is a good
idea to have a different behaviour. I would prefer to not pre-select the
position in the second dialog.
