xfce-mcs-manager won't start if I'm not root

Just to be sure, I did this one more time :
Get rid of $HOME/.xfce4 and run the standard startxfce4 script from a
console.
Still not working, the log says :
...
/usr/local/etc/xfce4/xinitrc: line 33: 595 Erreur de segmentation
xfce-mcs-manager
...
