if one reverse sort by date. 
If you have wget, wget will work...
Make a FILES.txt from the above list and in the same dir:

wget -B http://osdn.dl.sourceforge.net/sourceforge/xfce/ -i
FILES.txt

Go get a Coca-cola and Voila!
Well, depending on connection speed, you need to get a
