xfwm4rc now in $HOME/.xfce4/

Yes, but the old $HOME/.xfwm4rc doesn't work, either. Yesterday it
worked. I don't understand this.

Maybe it would be an idea to move the CVS from sourceforge to another
project (berlios or savannah) but I don't know if this is possible.
