Problem with xfwm4 and Opera 7

Hello,

following problem with Opera 7.11 on Linux: start Opera, choose
File -> Preferences -> Start and Exit -> Languages -> Choose. The file
dialog appears a layer under the preferences dialog and it is difficult
to access it (only with moving windows).

Bug in Opera or in the window manager?
