xffm translation: date specification

I don't understand what you mean. Means that it is equal what date
format I specify in translation, the output is always the same?

And no, it's not the same. ls brings me "19. Jun 18:20", the file
manager "Jun 19 18:20". The later would be correct since we in Germany
write the day before the month.
