Adding "Help" buttons to the mcs dialogs

Hello,

I just thought of adding "Help" buttons to the MCS dialogs. I did for
the xfwm4 settings dialog and the backdrop dialog, but didn't commit
anything for now.

Just for others to have a look at it (and how it may look):

Don't know about style (in terms of "look and feel"). Maybe we should
add a separator before the button box. Comments?
