I tried to do it, but I got rejected. Basically, somebody with rights to
make announcements on behalf of the 'Gtk+xfce' project (ie Olivier) on
freshmeat needs to make an annnouncement.

Otherwise you'll get rejected (like me) for being a duplicate listing.
