Ridiculously large fonts on titlebars

Take a look at this screenshot:

the text in the titlebar is huge!

I'm running Debian unstable and this happened after a reboot.  XFCE 4.0.0 from
cvs on 04/21/2003.  A bit old but it has worked through several reboots.  Also
I'm running Xinerama; that stretched fonts in the past but it was fixed about a
year ago.

Perhaps it is the fault of a Debian package that just got installed.. I don't
know.

Where should I start looking for this font setting?
