SVG panel themes

Just for everybody to note: Xfce4 supports SVG panel themes if the
librsvg2 version on your system is new enough (atleast 2.1.x I think);
simply check if librsvg2 installed a gdk-pixbuf loader.

Here's a screenshot of how it looks like using SVGs:
