xffm docs

Well, xffm docs are finally in CVS. Before any complaints, here are a
few explanations:

1- It's the best I can do for now.
2- No, I don't know how to create a .xml file from a text written in
openoffice_1.02.
3- The wastebasket story is totally true, and as Rabelais once said, "it
is the duty of every honest person to believe whatever he finds in
print".
