Proposal new release date

Hi,

Come on guys, we're ready for beta, let's get it out!

How about we upload tarballs to SF on friday, then use the weekend to
test them and if they work release XFce 4, beta 1 on sunday.

I'm not sure if it is possible to download tarballs from the SF ftp,
without making an actual release, though. If not it would be nice to
have them available somewhere else (xfce.org?) for testing.

What I still would like to see:

* New website on-line. 

I believe it would work best if the intended webmaster, Francois, would
really get access to the website. Currently the xfce.org domain points
to Olivier's public_html space in his home dir on the server. I have no
idea what would be involved in getting this to work. Or perhaps you
prefer do make updates yourself, Olivier?

* rpm building for every module

Most of the modules in extras don't have a spec file yet. Easy enough to
add. I can do it this week.

That's it! I can't think of anything else that would stop us from doing
a beta release.

Anything else that needs to be done? Other proposals?
