New xfdesktop default menu

Hi Jasper,

I don't like the new default menu in xfdesktop: The list of settings is
misleading, because it's hard coded. Ppl may install new plugins and
they won't get listed (and I bet that ppl won't use the setting manager
if entries are listed in the menu).

I really prefered the previous "All Settings" + "Backdrop"
