I think it should stay on this page.
Easy to replace with a "XFce 4.2 is now under development" after 4.0
final release.

Other possible place would be the news page.
All opinions are welcome.

Anyway, I'm willing to replace it with a new one as soon as possible ;))
But only dates will change.
