[adam at lawngnome adam]$ ls /usr/lib/libgobject-2.0.*
/usr/lib/libgobject-2.0.a   /usr/lib/libgobject-2.0.so.0
/usr/lib/libgobject-2.0.so  /usr/lib/libgobject-2.0.so.0.200.1

I don't have a libgobject-2.0.la file installed.
