bugfixes in update-xfce script

Hi everyone!
Minor bugfixes, and removal of obsolete "xfce4-twostate-launcher" module. Not
much movement this time ;)
As I always say: "if you have any problem, please feed me back" :þ Both
Benny's server (  ftp://ftp.unix-ag.org/user/bmeurer/xfce4/update-xfce ) and
lycos mirror ( http://usuarios.lycos.es/xfce4/update-xfce ) are working, so
get the script from wherever you want ;)
