See the way it works:
>From the xprop output you sent, there is a client leader defined. In the
example it is "0x24000ae" which is also the client leader.
To be complete, you should have performed an "xprop -id 0x24000ae" along
with a "xwininfo -id 0x24000ae" so I could tell whether or not xfwm4 is
correct or if it's a bug...
