[feature request] Xfce4-mixer and mouse wheel

Hello,

Volume can be adjusted by scrolling the mouse wheel while holding the
pointer over the mixer plugin icon. There is one issue though. The
parameter that actually gets changed is a ,,Volume'' parameter. On my
private workstation it's all right, but a friend of my, who has SB1024 +
Creative 4.1 speaker set, has got a problem, as the wheel actually
changes only one channel [ie. 2 speakers are playing, 2 are mute]. To
control both channels at a time he has to adjust the Pcm parameter.

It would be cute to be able to configure which parameter mouse wheel
actually changes.
