xffm-icons cvs make rpm errors

Hi:

I just did
./configure
and 
make rpm
from the cvs co I got today.
This is kinda strange as it appears to want to run autoconf.  Here's the
error:

#> make rpm

( kinda glad that I do not have those installed, yet. :)

That was not the expected behaviour here - does not mean it was not to be
expected, just that I did not expect it. :)
I have built xffm-icons a few times before but not from cvs. 
Fix?
