Minor XFWM4 bug

It's been explained several times on the devel list...

xfwm4 can't read user's mind (yet), so when clicking on the menu button,
it can't tell if it's going to be a double click (ie close window) or a
single click (ie show menu). Therefore it waits for the double click
delay to see if another click is coming and base its action on this.

The algorithm is actually fairly smart, because if you move the pointer
during the delay, it's able guess that it's a single click so it shows
the menu. Try that, click and move the pointer, there is no delay.

No bug here.
