Confirm with xfwm4-RC2 but it is not just xfce-gtk-engine.  It occurs with
other engines too and it does not seem to matter which xfwm4 theme is used;
all of the UI themes I tried exhibit the echo of the slider regardless of
which xfwm4 theme was used but I did not try them all.
BTW, it goes away if the window is sent to another workspace.
