panel verbose hide patch

Hi Jasper, List!

I start the panel and turn autohide
on:

Coordinates:
        min x, max x, min y, max y: 0, 0, 0, 0

Panel position (x,y): 0, 0

Panel size: 71 x 712

Move panel: (x=0,y=0) => (x=66,y=0)

Coordinates:
        min x, max x, min y, max y: 0, 0, 0, 0

Panel position (x,y): 0, 0

Panel size: 5 x 712

Move panel: (x=0,y=0) => (x=0,y=0)


I can confirm that the panel hides correctly
when I 'Set' the Panel position first in the
mcs plugin.
